How long does it take to launch an ERP project?
The timeline depends on the scope, the number of modules and any data migration needs. In a free discovery call we analyze your requirements and provide a clear roadmap. We usually roll the system out module by module so your team can adapt gradually.
Can we migrate our existing data to the new ERP?
Yes. We clean up the accounts, inventory and product data in your Excel files or your old program and migrate it to the new system. During the transition we can also plan for the old and new systems to run in parallel.
Does my team need technical knowledge to use the ERP?
No. We design the screens around your daily workflow and open only the screens each user needs. We provide training at go-live and stay by your side afterward with maintenance and support.
