In short: what does jewelry software do?
Jewelry software is an industry-specific system that tracks stock not in units but in grams and fine gold, and prices it together with the live gold rate, millesimal fineness and labor. In jewelry, stock is measured not in units but in grams, and value is expressed in fine gold. Price moves together with the exchange rate that changes throughout the day; the same model turns into an entirely different product depending on its karat, width and length. General-purpose programs try to patch these rules on afterwards — and the result is usually a pile of spreadsheets running alongside the software.

- Bullion intake & FIFO allocation: incoming bullion is recorded with its weight and millesimal fineness and allocated to open orders in FIFO order; which product came from which bullion can always be traced.
- Fine-gold and millesimal fineness calculations: on both purchase and sale, fine-gold equivalents are calculated automatically from the millesimal fineness; no more wrestling with a calculator and spreadsheets.
- Karat-based grammage engine: working on density, the engine automatically produces the length and gram values of the same model when the karat changes.
- Chain width × length variant catalogs: from a single model definition, all variants are derived through width and length combinations; the catalog builds itself.
- Production & shipment tracking: from order to work order, from workshop to shipment, every stage is recorded; you can see your on-time delivery performance.
- Dealer-based fine-gold/gram pricing: a separate millesimal fineness and labor condition is defined for each dealer; the ERP and B2B portal always show the same price.

From the fair to customs, in one flow.
Most of the jewelers we work with export: they take collections to the Vicenza, Basel, Dubai and Hong Kong fairs, ship to dealers in dozens of countries, and carry exchange-rate risk on top of a gold price that moves through the day. None of these is hard on its own — what is hard is running all of them at once, without mistakes.
Our system ties these processes together. Every piece in a collection heading to a fair is listed with its gram weight and karat, and the ATA Carnet line items are generated from that list; on return, the pieces sold, returned and brought back are reconciled on a single screen. A gold price locked at the moment you speak to the customer does not change on that order, even if the rate moves later. You sell to each country in its own currency and with its own price list.
