KuyumERP, which we have been building for the jewelry industry since 2013, is a cloud-based ERP product that brings orders, production, weight variance, current accounts and shipping together on a single screen. It is not a client project — it is Skysoft's own product.
In short: KuyumERP is the cloud-based ERP product Skysoft developed for the jewelry industry. Small and mid-sized jewelers could not absorb the cost and the setup complexity of an enterprise ERP, while general accounting packages had no concept of fine gold content, millesimal fineness or karat. We built a product that ships with the industry's business rules already inside and opens on its own subdomain within minutes. KuyumERP is still actively developed and sold today.

Jewelry does not work like a standard trading business. The cost of a model is not simply quantity multiplied by unit price: fine gold content, millesimal fineness, karat differences, the wastage and variance that appear in production, and the balance between the weight handed to the workshop and the weight that comes back — all of these sit at the centre of the business. General accounting and bookkeeping packages do not recognise these concepts, so the company inevitably falls back on spreadsheets and paper.
The alternative — an enterprise ERP rollout — is not realistic for a small or mid-sized jeweler either. Server and licence costs, months of consultancy, an industry-adaptation project and a permanent maintenance burden are not an investment a business with most of its turnover tied up in material can carry.
