Milano Chain: A Multilingual International B2B Dealer Portal

We built a multilingual corporate showcase and a dealer login portal for Milano Chain, the chain brand of Gusto Gold. Collection-based catalog architecture, dealer-specific pricing and ordering, ERP-integrated order transfer, a point-of-sale map and QR-based product authenticity verification all came together in a single digital structure.

In short: Milano Chain is the chain brand of Gusto Gold. Its dealers work in different countries and different languages, and its collection-based product structure would not fit into a standard e-commerce catalog. Skysoft built the multilingual showcase published in Turkish, English, Spanish, Polish and Arabic together with the dealer login portal, then rolled out the ERP-integrated order flow, the store map showing 149 points of sale and the QR-based product authenticity verification system.

The Challenge

An exporting brand does not have a single language.

Milano Chain's dealers operate across Turkey and abroad. The same catalog, the same pricing logic and the same order flow have to be conveyed with equal clarity to points of sale in different countries, speaking different languages. A single-language showcase, or order traffic running over e-mail and messaging apps, does not carry that scale.

The second difficulty was the product structure itself. In chain, a product is not a single card: the same collection comes in different widths, each width in different lengths, each combination in a different karat and therefore at a different gram weight. Opening every variation of more than 17 collections — Cuban, Figaro, Rope, Curb, Franco, Milano, Dual, Signa, Eclipse, Nova, Blade, Aurora, Nero, Vega and the rest — as a separate product card would have made the catalog unmanageable from day one.

The third was a question of trust. With a precious metal product, the end customer needed a way to prove that the piece in their hand genuinely belongs to the brand.

  • A dealer network working in different countries and different languages
  • A collection structure that does not fit a standard e-commerce catalog
  • Gram calculation that changes with width, length and karat
  • The need to prove authenticity to the end customer
The Solution

Showcase, portal and verification in one structure

For Milano Chain we designed the corporate showcase and the dealer portal as a single system running on the same infrastructure, but with different levels of access.

Multilingual corporate showcase

Brand story, collections and contact content are live in Turkish, English, Spanish and Polish; the scope was later extended with Arabic. Each language is managed with its own content, without depending on a translation plugin.

Dealer login portal

Dealers sign in with their own accounts and see the catalog, their terms and the order screen in their own language. The public showcase and the dealer-only area are clearly separated.

Collection-based catalog

A catalog architecture and gram calculation logic built on a collection > width > length > karat hierarchy. The real product structure of chain is modeled without creating a crowd of product cards.

Dealer-specific pricing and ordering

Pricing and the order flow work on a per-dealer basis. The dealer makes their selections and places the order through the portal; asking for a price by phone and passing orders on by message disappear.

ERP-integrated order transfer

An order created in the portal is transferred to the ERP side, where production and shipping are managed. Manual order entry is now automated and the second round of data entry is gone.

QR authenticity verification

Every product corresponds to a verification page under the brand's own domain. When the QR code is scanned, the product is confirmed as belonging to the brand; the piece gains a digital identity.

The Result

Dealers now order in their own language.

After the project, the brand moved the dealer relationship out of phone and message traffic and onto a single digital channel.

Outcomes

What actually changed for the brand?

Some of the gains became visible on the dealer side, others at the brand's head office. What they share is that work previously carried out by hand moved over to the system.

  • Dealers use the catalog and the order screen in their own language
  • 149 points of sale are visible and manageable on a single map
  • Every piece now carries a digital identity that can be verified by QR
  • Manual order entry is automated and flows straight into the ERP
  • Adding a new market and a new language no longer means building a site from scratch
Scope & Technology

What was included in the project?

The showcase, portal and verification layers were built under a single domain, in a form that search engines and artificial intelligence tools can read.

Multilingual content architecture

A separate content structure for five languages, language-based routing and correct language tags. Right-to-left reading direction for Arabic was also part of the scope.

Catalog and gram engine

Product and gram calculation logic driven by collection, width, length and karat selections, delivered together with an e-catalog output.

Store / point-of-sale map

All 149 points of sale across Turkey and abroad shown on a map; the end customer finds the nearest one without asking anyone.

QR verification pages

Product-level authenticity verification pages and the QR code flow, running under the brand's own domain.

ERP integration

Transfer of portal orders to the ERP side. For the detail of our approach, see the integrations page.

Structured data

Schema markup, multilingual tags and technical SEO setup for visibility in search engines and artificial intelligence tools.

Milano Chain came out of several services designed together rather than a single one. You can also evaluate the same components separately for your own brand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions

How does a multilingual B2B portal differ from standard e-commerce?
A standard e-commerce site shows everyone the same product at the same price. In a B2B dealer portal, each dealer signs in, works in their own language and sees the prices and terms defined for them. At Milano Chain the portal was built to run in five languages, and the order flow was integrated with the ERP.
How was the collection-based product structure modeled?
Different widths, lengths and karats of the same collection mean different gram weights. Turning each of them into an individual product card makes the catalog unmanageable. Instead, we built a catalog architecture and gram calculation logic running on a collection > width > length > karat hierarchy.
How does QR-based authenticity verification work?
Every product corresponds to a verification page under the brand's own domain. Scanning the QR code opens that page and confirms that the product belongs to the brand. The physical piece therefore carries a digital identity alongside it.
Can the same structure be built for our own export brand?
Yes. The multilingual showcase, dealer login portal, ERP-integrated order transfer and point-of-sale map components are redesigned around your brand's product structure. In a free discovery call we listen to your existing setup, your dealer network and your target markets, and define the scope.
